Dr. Michele Fleming
Dr. Fleming is a psychologist, professor, executive coach, and speaker. She completed her masters and doctorate degrees in clinical psychology from Biola University after enjoying a successful career in international sales and marketing. During her business career, she worked with emerging start-ups and Fortune 500 companies driving sales, leading teams, securing capital, and developing corporate strategy. Prior to entering graduate school, Dr. Fleming worked as a Director for a large church in San Diego. Her unique combination of training and experience provides her TLP members with real-world expertise in the challenges and opportunities for growth in corporate, ministry, and personal development.
Dr. Fleming maintains a private practice as a coach and business consultant. She is an adjunct professor at the Townsend Institute for Leadership and a Director of the Townsend Leadership Program. She also maintains a private practice as an executive coach and business consultant. Her clients include Chick-Fil-A, CRU, Redeemer Church, Northpoint Ministries, Arbonne International, MAU Workforce Solutions, Stanford University, Marymount University, and various other entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, family owned businesses, non-profit organizations, and churches.
Dr. Fleming has had the opportunity to be a keynote speaker at conferences and workshops across the country. She has presented at universities, business groups, churches, and ministry events. She also blogs for several websites and has been featured on EWTN satellite radio and several leadership podcasts.
